Gala Auction Item Donation Form 2022

Thank you so much for your willingness to provide an auction item for the upcoming Ties and Tails Gala taking place on October 15, 2022 at the Westin in Uptown Charlotte.

Each donation, no matter the size, helps us continue our lifesaving and life changing work. Every donated item will be prominently displayed on our auction website - open to all. All donors will also receive an acknowledgement letter for tax purposes after the event. Lastly, your name will be listed in the event program, shared with the HSC database of over 51,000+ and listed on our Ties and Tails gala webpage.
